Geetings from Paradise...
well, not exactly paradise. I believe the technical terms is "Disneyworld", but I'll take it! CHA hasn't even offically begun yet and I'm already beat! It's the good kind of walked-all-day-doing-fun -things-with-fun-peeps kind of beat, though. Anyhow, more about CHA later... on to the project!
This is actually one of my all time favorite cards. It could actually be my #1, now that I think about it. I am most satisfied with a card when I can make it with no layers, with simple stamping, and feel that it is still striking and successful. This one is stamped with an older Wordsworth set. I drew a faint pencil line to signify the sand, then stamped the tree and the skinny chick. I colored them in with a waterbrush dipped in some ink from markers scribbled in the lid of their respective ink pads. I did the same for the sky and water. Then I filled in the beach area with glue and covered it with sand. I added the sentiment and went over it with a clear Sakura sparkle pen. Super, super easy.
That's it! Not so much blah, blah, blah while I'm gone, but don't worry... I'll get back to the normal blah blah blah soon!
Greetings from Paradise
