Hey, friends!
One more quickie post for you before I get back to reality in which I use 10 words when,
clearly, only 1 would do.
I've been taking a little vacation with the fam and today's super fun projects will include titles like "Lovin' the Laundry," "Why Less is More... Unpacking to My Heart's Content," and the much loved "Cleaning: Just Do It." All necessary, but not necessarily entertaining, so I'll just leave you with this little project and promise to be back for more next week, ok?
Lovin' the colors on this one. Ocean Tides mixed with some rosey red... it's pretty to me. The sentiment is cut from some
Fancy Pants patterned paper that is perfect for cardmaking. I just cut one of the little cards out, then decided that the little label-y kind of edging was the best part so I trimmed it down to highlight that part. I layered it onto the ocean cardstock and MM patterned paper, but it needed a bit more interest, so I added stamped polka dots on the cardstock and embossed polka dots on the rosey red cardstock to tie in with the polka dots on the label.
Better. The rosey red cardstock was a still a bit empty, so then came the little heart buttons to go along with the sentiment.
Much better.
And the stitching... really... if a card is missing something, that something might be stitching. Love how all the stitching leads the eye to the sentiment. I totally planned that. Riiiiiight.
That's all for now! Later, friends!

I love that sentiment with all of those words on it. I so tend to just use sentiments that are two or three words and I love this look of the words being the focus.
Hey you! Love this card. The colors are so pretty!! Love your distressing. ;) Hope all is well in Wittyland.
