Seriously...

could this week be any better? {said in my best Chandler Bing voice} If I believed in good luck, I'd buy a lottery ticket. Or head to Vegas. Cause this week is Just. That. Good. Today is my first day as Papertrey Ink's Guest Designer for December and January. And can I just say... dude. I am a good secret keeper. Except when it comes to my mom. Cause I told her. And I'm not 100% sure that was allowed... but it's my mom. Isn't there some sort of Mom-exception-rule to exciting secrets like this? It went like this. I was at my very first ever Editorial Board meeting with Paper Crafts. With all the lovely Paper Crafts people that I love. And at that moment, I was driving in a mini-van with all those said people. I was dying. Dying. Because Nichole had sent me the email that morning and I wanted to tell *everyone* when I was supposed to tell *no one.* Normally, this is not an issue for me. I am a veritable vault with secrets. I was pregnant for 19 weeks before we told our families and 22 weeks before we told our church. This year, I showed up on a Sunday with a new baby and people said "Whose baby is that?" And I said, "Mine!" Seriously. I'm good with secrets. But not this time. So I called her. And I said... "Soooo... I got a good email this morning. You know... from someone important." And she said "Who?" And I said "Someone important." And she said "Who?" And I said "Did I tell you that I'm driving along with all the Paper Crafts girls?" And she said "Oh." But she knows me. So she said... "Was it Nichole?" And I said "Maybe." {That was me... keeping the secret. I know. My slyness is astonishing.} And whew. I felt better after that. And now it's here.
