That was sorta the idea I was going with for this card.
In honor of all of my friends who keep having the same birthday year after year :)
I wrote up a tutorial for this one over at Emma's Paperie... the little star pins started off clear but are now bright and funky. I also included a handy little tip for adhering pins to your cards if you're interested.
It ended up with a bit of a whimsical feel with the mixed papers, offset numbers, and seam binding flag... it feels happy and that makes me happy.
I finished it off with a bit of a sentiment from one of my all-time favorite Technique Tuesday sets... Ali Edwards' Awesome Days of Summer.
A set that includes the words summer and sunshine is obviously going to be a winner with me :)
