Funky Florals



Hey, lookie there... a little pre-release post from me.

This was my first opportunity to craft since all the Christmas craziness and it was a fun one. 
They always seems more fun when they come together quickly, right?

Funky Florals has several different blooms to layer (each image has a few different sizes), but this image had a retro starburst feel to me.  I paired it with a somewhat retro color scheme of Aqua Mist, Berry Sorbet, Melon Berry, and Soft Stone to amp up the retro feel.  Love how the colors work together here. 

A trimmed card front allowed me to add a bit of washi tape to the under layer of the card... love the hit of contrast and balance it brings. 

Have to say... I always wonder how things will go when I get back to the worktable after a bit of a break.  This one was totally quick and easy... love it when that happens :)
