Confessions of a Notebookaholic

Hi, my name is Jess, and I'm a notebookaholic. I cannot have just one. Noooooo. One just will not do. Because, really... I don't want to mix up my Christmas lists with my design ideas... my home decorating info with my doodles. Funny... it's sort of the same way I feel about food. I am that person who believes strongly that divided plates are not only for elementary school cafeterias. Their function is to keep one food on your plate from contaminating a completely different food. And I wholeheartedly believe in that. Same with notebooks.

Honestly, I'm not sure what I was thinking when I gave this one away. I kind of want it back. {sigh.} I mean... come on... I actually layered on it. Quite an accomplishment if I do say so myself :) But it's living a new life at a friends' house as a notebook of answered prayers. My favorite item on this project? The vintage sequin from a Making Memories Vintage Findings set. Now on the search for vintage sequins so that I can put them on everything. Later, friends!

PS... for the complete supply list and tutorial... head on over to Emma's Paperie.

I need to decorate my prayer journal too. I'm sure your friend will take great delight in using it.

That is one cute notebook Jess. Nice work. I'm sure it will have a happy life in it's new home/ handbag ;)

This is absolutely brilliant! I love it! You'll just have to make yourself another one! I'm sure the recipient loves it - I know I would!

Notebook. Card. Whatever.
Jess projects always take the cake in my book.

You're singin' my tune sister! I have countless notebooks, each with it's own specific purpose... and you spoke the truth about divided plates! If the food was meant to mix, it would have been born a casserole, right? :)
